- Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

- Not attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the Bot
- Ensuring they have permission to translate content they submit

Premium features require a subscription:
- Billing is handled through Stripe and is subject to their terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier

6. Intellectual Property
The Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polyra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Translation accuracy (translations are provided by third-party services)
- Compatibility with all Discord features or future changes
8. Limitation of Liability
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any damages arising from use of the service
- Translation errors or inaccuracies
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through Discord or our website.
